Applications:

We focus our extensive experience and strong engineering capabilities on your polishing jobs to ensure that the solution is the perfect match to your polishing applications. This machine is designed and engineered to replace the bothersome manual burr removing operation while saving labor costs. It effectively removes burrs to achieve smoothness on part surfaces.

Features:

• Variable feed speed ranging from 4 ~ 15 M/min.

• Polish rollers oscillate rightward and leftward.

• The machine is designed for profiled parts polishing operations.

• Variable feed speed on polish roller.

• Conveyor table elevation is digitally controlled for high positioning accuracy.

POLISH ROLLER

Polish rollers can run in a reverse direction and oscillate rightward and leftward for thoroughly removing all burrs on workpieces. The center roller height can be adjusted individually. Smooth polishing operation is assured regardless of workpiece thickness variation up to 1".


VARIABLE FEED SPEED

Running speed of the polish roller is separately controlled by a high performance frequency inverter. This provides variable speed adjustment on the polish roller - making the machine suitable for polishing various types of wood.


MICRO COMPUTER CONTROL (OPTIONAL)

The machine is equipped with a micro-computer control combined with a touch sensing screen for maximum operational convenience. The control software is specifically designed for upgrading the polishing automation capability. This versatile controller provides axes and conveyor table controls. The outstanding control features are:

• Variable speed setting on the polish roller.  
• Polish roller height setting.  
• Variable speed setting on conveyor table.  
• Conveyor table height setting.

• Polish roller oscillation control.
