Machine base


The base of the machine consists of two shoulders made of special welded steel plates. The girders made of cast iron provide a support platform for the workbench.


The left support platform is fixed, and the right support platform is movable. It can be moved along the precise linear guide with the ball bearing. The length of the movable end is controlled by two TPN screws, controlled by a 0.37kw gear motor.



Up to 60 different working lengths can be memorized on the "Touch Control Panel" digital screen on the control panel



Vertical feeder



The machine's vertical feeder width can be adjusted. Before the machining unit is fed, the work piece has been pushed by the cylinder to the right to set the reference.



Allows maximum wood machining length tolerances of 40 mm



In order to ensure correct cycle operation and operator safety, the feeder is equipped with a phototcell to prevent dry running.




Feed system

Feed power is driven by a 0.4KW brushless motor, key shaft connection, precision chain drive work piece.



The work piece is placed on the gripper of the feeder, and the gripper slides on a highly accurate linear bearing. Both forward and backward can be used.



The conveyor forward and reverse speeds can be adjusted independently. Up to 3 different speeds can be programmed via the control panel.



Each work piece fixed conveyor is fitted with an aluminum stop that pushes the work piece through the machining area and prevents the work piece from collapsing.



The rubber belt clamp system is pressurized from the top to ensure the stability of the work piece during processing. The height of the clamp system is adjusted by the hexagonal screw and can be seen on the digital display of the machine.



The work piece is positioned by a vertical invisible ruler, then vertically pressed and fixed "from the top", and all work in the drilling and milling station is driven by the cylinder.

Composed of a horizontal spindle mounted on a support column

This unit is adjustable in height and depth, and the position from the reference is digital display. Power transmission is done by polyester-V belt.



Milling cutting unit

The milling cutter unit is a vertical shaft with two high-speed bearings supported by an aluminum casting. The spindle can be adjusted in height and depth. The position from the ruler is a mechanical digital display. Power transmission is provided by a toothed belt.



End face drilling unit

The drilling unit is mounted on a highly precise linear bearing for precise adjustment of height and depth, and mechanical digital display from the position of the ruler. The drilling head is driven directly by the motor.
