Overall characteristics:
It consists of two side shoulders (the tank on the left side can also be used as a hydraulic unit), which is connected to the upper part by two steel shafts on the support unit of the cutting unit.
The left support is fixed and the right support slides over the shaft to allow the opening of the shoulder and subsequent cutting measures to be adjusted.
Work piece vertical feeder with adjustable width and pneumatic equalizer for correct positioning of parts before entering the station;
Maximum allowable tolerance for work piece length: 70 mm。
The feed and return speeds can be adjusted independently by means of a flux regulator placed on the hydraulic unit;
Two cutting units, each consisting of a 35mm horizontal spindle, a brake motor with a capacity of 3 Kw and a rotational speed of 2850 rpm. 35mm spindle directly connected to the bearing and 400mm Z = 60 circular saw;
When the work piece enters the four-sided planer, it is transported to the four-sided planer by two rollers. The rotation of the two rollers is driven by a separate hydraulic motor, and its vertical movement is driven by the cylinder;
The roller speed is continuously adjusted by a flux regulator placed on the hydraulic unit;
The automation in operation is given by a micro switch placed between the rollers, which controls the feeding of the next part by driving the work piece at the outlet;
In the process of moving from the feeder to the insertion unit, a "blade belt" pressing device for clamping the work piece is provided;
Maximum allowable tolerance of work piece: +/- 3 mm;
Height adjustment of the upper pressure group obtained by the hand wheel; can be displayed on the digital screen.
The spacing of the movable shoulders for working length adjustment by using the hand wheel and the TPN screw can be displayed on the indicator;
The hydraulic unit has a capacity of 75 litres, a motor power of 2200 Kw, a rotational speed of 1400 rpm, and a dual gear pump capacity of 16 + 6 l/min.
The switch of the external electrical control board is used to start and stop the hydraulic unit, and is equipped with a machine type (automatic or manual) selector and an "emergency stop" button;
