Machine base
The machine base consists of two special welded steel arms that are interlocked with two steel beams to form a support table for the machining unit.
The left support table is fixed, the right side is movable, and the mobile end length adjustment is controlled by two TPN screw rods, driven by a double-speed motor, located at the machine components.
Vertical feeder
The machine is equipped with a vertical feeder and the width is adjustable. Two equalizing cylinders push the work piece into and the right side of the rack is the reference surface.
The maximum length of the work piece at each end allows a tolerance of 40mm
To ensure proper process and operator safety, the feeder is equipped with a photocell to prevent empty running.
Feed system
In order to avoid scratches, the work piece is conveyed from the hopper feeder to a separate processing unit by means of a damper pusher mounted on the reinforced steel core toothed belt at a fixed length and is maintenance-free.
The conveyor belt is driven by a brushless motor, double slot shaft and chain gear.
The work piece is in a completely free state during the transfer from one machining unit to the next.
At the end of each feed cycle, and at each machining unit position, the workpiece is positioned with side rails and vertical invisible stops to achieve a zero reference from the top.
Electrical Specifications
Manufactured in accordance with CE regulations, other regulations are not applicable.
The control panel is located on a separate electrical cabinet and contains all switches and indicators.
The equipment layout construction and all control system identifications are in compliance with safety regulations.

Components: One electronic shaft is mounted on one support column.
The support base is mounted on the machine frame and fixed at 45° relative to the workpiece.
The unit is mounted on the frame and slides against the ball and slides laterally on the linear precision rail.
The frame slide is driven by a brushless motor.
The work piece needs to be clamped during machining of this unit.

Structure: 1 steel plate structure, with screw and needle roller installed together with the motor, as the drilling device drive and 1 electronic cylinder with internal screw, driven by brushless motor for drilling stroke movement.
The support frame is mounted on the machine frame and is fixed at 45° relative to the work piece.
