Longde's
veneer veneer stitching machine VeneerSolid M1 is designed for splicing veneer
veneer. It is suitable for vertical solid wood veneer splicing. It is easy to
operate and can eliminate the shortcomings of traditional sewing machine.
Suitable for short material stitching. The operator passes the veneered edge of
the veneer to the pre-applied section and dries it, and then directly conveys
it to the stitching machine for splicing. VeneerSolid M1 adopts specially
designed pressure and heating mechanical structure, using thermosetting glue as
the splicing medium, so that the spliced solid wood veneer is tightly combined
and the joints are seamless and without glue line, which is suitable for
high-grade furniture and decorative plywood. Not only can the user's production
efficiency be improved, but also the post-stage polishing process can be
reduced, thereby effectively reducing the production cost. The use of the
Longde veneer double-cutting cutter CutMate D series and the veneer
double-sided automatic gluing machine GlueMate 700 ensure the parallelism of
the veneer and the most complete gluing section to achieve 100% stitching
effect.

The heater uses a solid-state relay to replace the traditional electromagnetic switch, precisely control the temperature and the contact is non-sparking. The electromagnetic interference is smaller than the traditional electromagnetic switch, and the service life is longer.
Optional equipment
1. "Front feed baffle positioning device" makes the feeding of the veneer with thickness 1.5 ~ 3.5 mm smoother.
