Longde's
veneer veneer "horizontal" stitching machine UltiMate series is
designed for splicing long veneer veneer materials. After the veneer veneer to
be spliced is accurately cut into straight lines by using a shearing machine,
the process of pre-coating (using PVAc or urea glue) is completed, that is, the
preparation action before splicing is completed. The veneer veneer horizontal
stitching machine is used for the production of long veneer several times as
long as the longitudinal stitching machine. Longde also offers an automatic
conveyor trimming stacking system (optional) that allows customers to take a
big step towards automated production. The pre-coating process is recommended
to use the veneer double-knife shearing machine produced by our company.

Hydraulic cutter control system: The spliced veneer can be cut to a
fixed width according to customer's requirements. By manipulating the
man-machine interface control panel, the user can easily adjust the spliced
veneer size.
Independent cylinder pressure beam: Independent cylinders distribute
the splicing pressure evenly over the veneer, avoiding the deformation of the
pressure beam after being used for a long time, resulting in uneven splicing
pressure and affecting the splicing effect.
Human machine interface control panel: All operation control systems
are located in front of the operator, and with the PLC-controlled human-machine
interface, when the operator splicing the veneer with different thickness, it
can effectively save the idle time caused by the adjustment parameters.
