FIORENZA Automatic Through-Clamp
Platform for longitudinally pressing, with a clamping surface made in one piece, driven by precision ball screw spindle.
Cross-bridges for lateral pressing, with two plates blocks responsible of pressing the side of the door, retractables, to allow door load and unload.
Movement accurate and silent due to the use of linear guides recirculating ball. High positioning speed.
Maneuvers of loading, positioning, pressing and unloading, fully automatic.

· High speed positioning (1100mm/seg) that enables production of up to 2 doors/minute.
